1A - USS Alabama Memorial Park - You can tour this WW II warship anchored in Mobile Bay plus a hanger full of period aircraft. The main deck is handicap accessible. Lower decks are air-conditioned. Admission: adults $10, children aged 6-11 $5. Open 8am-6:pm every day except Christmas.

1B - Mobile Tensaw Wildlife Management Area - The Mobile Delta is an environmental showplace that is 30 miles long and 12 miles wide. It covers more than 200,000 acres of swamps, river bottomlands and marshes. The Delta is a productive estuary with numerous species of fresh and saltwater fish. The Bartram Canoe Trail is a unique way to see the Delta. The Mobile-Tensaw, William Holland and Delta Wildlife Management Areas offer hunting and wildlife viewing opportunities for those utilizing the Delta.

2C – Meaher State Park - Located in the wetlands of Mobile Bay, the 1,327 acre Meaher State Park offers picnic areas, camp grounds, a boat ramp & fishing pier and 2 nature trails. The Park is located 2 miles west of Spanish Fort, Alabama on Highway 90 or 98.

3 - Gator Alley in northernmost Daphne may be the only interstate underpass in the country. It is largely a boardwalk from winch you may spy alligators, cormorants, and turtles in the waters of D'Olive Creek.

4 - Village Point Wilderness Park - Daphne's Village Point Wilderness Park is best viewed on a sunny, dry day. There you will see:

Jackson's Oak, where General Andrew Jackson of the War of 1812 fame allegedly camped. • Wildlife sightings on trails and boardwalks to the beach

And you enter this park from Main Street where you'll see a fabulous picnic pavilion and public rest rooms.  A historic cemetery is also located on the property.

5 – Daphne – Downtown and Bay front Park – Daphne Bay front Park has a pier, picnic pavilion, a sandy beach but too shallow to swim, and a club house on stilts which is available for both public and private events.

6 – Montrose – Historic Montrose under its canopy of oaks is a soul soothing and cooling respite from summer’s heat.

7 – City of Fairhope – Downtown Fairhope is a shopper’s paradise with its many boutiques, art galleries, the Eastern Shore Art Center, curbside flower gardens, and restaurants. And it’s just a short stroll to the Welcome Center!

8 – Fairhope Welcome Center – Visitors and Newcomers can receive information about areas of interest in the Fairhope and Eastern Shore region as well as information on dining, medical facilities, beaches, etc.

9 - Fairhope Pier and Parks - On the north side is a long beach with shallow child/safe bay waters, a meandering pond where ducks and geese strut, and picnic tables everywhere. This lushly shaded parkway is a favorite of walkers and joggers.
